Brainstorming is a collective process. It starts with creative rounds, sketches and material selection, and continues via plans and CAD detail drawings supported by visualisations leading to realisation.

A trade fair not only entails CONSTRUCTION, but also quite a bit of DESIGN.

In our workshops we handle the most varying materials such as wood, aluminium or textiles. We achieve perfect craftsmanship of components for your trade fair stand as well as the furniture itself with modern machines. So we are flexible, can influence every detail and deliver a complete ensemble.

Your trade fair stand awaits you!

Our assembly teams take charge of the construction of your trade fair stand as a matter of course. They travel to all German and European exhibition sites and set up your temporary branch on time – and dismantle it again!

The entire stand, including electrical system, graphics, multimedia systems and much more will be assembled and provided ready to use under the direction of an experienced site manager.

Of course we do also take care of the production of all the graphic faces / surfaces. We are printing, plotting, mill-cutting, cutting and refining your messages and pictures. Even for light boxes and walls, directly on plates, textile or acrylic surfaces.

Rent a reliable trade fair stand!

A rented trade fair stand is just the right thing for many occasions and companies. They utilise a proven concept, adapt an existing idea and among other things save acquisition costs and storage.

Engelmann will support you in the selection of the right trade fair stand and on request will take over the assembly and dismantling as well as provide a full-service package with complete handling of the event.

We also have a large assortment of individual components in stock. You can rent individual walls, rigs/cross beams, lighting systems and much more. We are at your side until everything is ready for your trade fair appearance.

Naturally everything is on site in due time. The Engelmann vehicle fleet and our logistics partners, who we book and coordinate when required, ensure this.

We organise the transport of your trade fair stand, furniture, technology and exhibits. Of course we also take your other materials – e.g. a range of brochures – on board.

We also take care of the logistics at the exhibition site, the temporary storage of empty packaging (e.g. boxes, outer packaging or containers) and the storage after the trade fair – in our own high-rack warehouse covering an area of 2,000 m².

Large Selection - constantly available 

In your new branch office, so called trade fair, shouldn’t be any missing pieces. This is why you need to consider chairs, tables, tea spoons, counters and closets - all of that is rentable at Engelmann!

Quite a bit of technical equipment will be necessary to inspire your expert audience. We’ll gladly rent this to you!

Our equipment rental includes audio and video technology, large-format screens and lighting technology – including transport and assembly or on-site installation when required.

Ask us about whichever technical equipment you require – provided that it is not a fantasy product such as WLAN cable or electronic skyhooks.
